弹性金属塑料轴承润滑机理的特点与改进方向

【摘要】 在弹性流体动力润滑理论的层面上阐明了弹性金属塑料轴承润滑机理的特点,在此基础上,针对业内关心的几个主要问题发表了观点和看法,指出瓦面的适度变形在改善润滑性能方面将发挥良性作用,而型线瓦面则因油膜峰值压强过高已接近瓦面抗压强度,降低了安全可靠性;优化塑料复合瓦结构、进行表面改性以改善瓦面摩擦学性能、提高抗压强度和调控复合层刚度是值得重视的一个研究方向。

【Abstract】 In virtue of Elastic Hydrokinetics Lubricating theory, this paper clarifies the characteristics of lubricating mechanism on Elastic Metal-Plastics Bearing, based on it, toward several main questions the engineering pays attention to, the authors present some attitudes and indicate that moderate transmutation of pad surface makes good effect for improving lubricating performance, but to profile pad, for the max pressure of oil film is over-big and approaches the anti-pressure intensity of pad surface, reduces the reliability. To improve tribology performance of the pad, increase anti-pressure intensity and control the stiffness of the composite layer, optimizing the frame of Plastics Composite Bearing and doing the surface improvement are an important research aspect.
