【摘要】 抽水蓄能电站运行工况多,信息量大,控制操作复杂,必须采用计算机监控系统对电站进行监视和控制。沙河抽水蓄能电站将国内开发的计算机监控系统用于进口水泵水轮机—发电电动机机组,在系统结构、配置和运行控制方式上有一定特点,通过配置冗余顺控PLC、在机组LCU和公用LCU之间构建Genius网等方法,来满足计算机监控系统高可靠性要求,可供其他类似工程借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】 Computerized monitoring system must be adopted to perform monitoring and control a project like Shahe Pumped-storage Power Plant that is characterized by multi operational conditions, huge quantity of information and complicated controlling operation. The system domestically developed, with certain features in terms of structure, configuration and operational control modes, is used for imported pumpturbine-motorgenerator units in the power plant. For the above purpose a highly reliable system is created by designing sequent control redundance, establishing Genius network between LCU of unit and common LCU, etc. Therefore the solution may work as reference for similar projects to be built in the future.
