【Abstract】 The proceeding of China joining in the WTO relates benignant with the reform and opening up deepened and the development of market economy. Political socialization must be in accordance with the social background of the era. There are four points to fit the operating pattern transform with China joining in WTO: the operating environment switches from relative close to over all open; the motive power switches from political factor to interest; the operating system switches from administrative dominant to social dominant; the operating idea switches from the concept of rule by man to regulation consciousness.更多还原
