沥青混合料在运输过程中温度变化规律的研究
Study on the Temperature Field of Asphalt Concrete During Conveyance
【摘要】 分析沥青混合料在运输过程中热量损失的机理 ,建立沥青混合料在运输过程中温度场的数学模型并进行求解。通过计算可得沥青混合料运输到摊铺现场时的温度值和沥青混合料温度离析的程度 ,从而为沥青混合料在搅拌时出厂温度的确定、各种消除沥青混合料温度离析和热量损失的措施提供理论依据
【Abstract】 This paper analysis reason that quantity of heat loss during conveyance, established mathematics model of asphalt concrete′s temperature field during conveyance and proceed to beg the solution. Get numerical value of temperature and the degree of temperature isolation by computing. Therefore provide academic gist that ascertain temperature leaving mix round factory and measure that decrease temperature isolation and quantity of heat losing when asphalt concrete is transported. Guarantee crushing temperature of asphalt concrete and quality ofroad surface.
