JJ160/41-K型井架有限元分析与承载能力研究
Analysis of finite element and research of load capacity of JJ160/41-K type derrick
【摘要】 文章针对目前在大庆油田广泛使用的石油钻机JJ160 /4 1 K型井架存在的结构问题 ,利用I DEAS有限元程序对该井架进行有限元分析。结果表明 ,该井架前部 2根立柱受力最大 ,为井架承载的薄弱环节 ;振动也较大 ,刚度不足。为了提高该井架的承载能力 ,优化立柱的箱形截面参数 ,将宽高比由原来的 1∶2变为 3∶5。
【Abstract】 Aiming at structural problem on JJ160/41-K type derrick used in Daqing Oil Field at present, the finite element analysis is done by software I-DEAS. The result of static analysis shows that front two columns of derrick, being the most unsubstantial components, are subject to the maximum weight. And dynamic analysis shows that the front two are not with adequate rigidity but more vibration. As the front two ones are the main components, the ratio of height to breadth of their sections are optimized,changing from 1∶2 to 3∶5, by which the load capacity of the derrick are improved effectively.
