刹车鼓热场数值分析及材料热疲劳寿命评估
Numerical analysis on thermal field and assessment on thermal fatigue life of material
【摘要】 应用ANSYS有限元分析软件 ,分析了石油钻机刹车鼓的温度场、热应力场及热应变场分布特征 ;结合材料性能参数 ,对刹车鼓热疲劳寿命进行评估 ,估算结果与高温低周疲劳试验结果基本吻合 ,为高温作用下钻机刹车鼓的热疲劳寿命评估提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the finite element method, the thermal stress-stain field character of brake disc is studied in this paper. Considering the material mechanical property parameters, the thermal fatigue life of the brake disc is assessed and the results show that the finite element calculation results are consistent with that of low period fatigue specimens. For the more, the assessing method of fatigue life of brake disc has been provided.
