【Abstract】 According to the experience of design,manufacture and application of Chinese-built drilling rigs in recent years,four aspects and ten items of drilling rig general plan design principles and its technique-economic evaluating indexs are summerized.Amony the four aspects of the advance-ability,reliability,socioability and economic-ability,the reliability of drilling rigs is the first consideration.Moreovev,six evaluating methods are recommended.更多还原
