基于层次分析法的交通运输方案优选问题研究

【摘要】 传统的交通方案比选主要依赖于各方案的技术经济指标,按经济比较方法,结合主要的定性因素,凭借设计人员或专家的经验和判断来决定方案的取舍。常常受到设计人员主观的影响,并忽略了定性和定量因素之间的相对重要性。针对这些不足,结合交通运输方案自身的特点,提出了分层次进行交通运输方案优选的思路和方法,并建立了相应的评比指标体系。以N-S两地间运输方案的选取为例,探讨了层次分析法进行交通方案优选的可行性。

【Abstract】 Traditional means of choosing the best traffic means depends on each plan’s technological and economic indexes.In economic comparison, the decision is made based on the experience and judgement of the designers and experts, which is prone to be influenced by subjective factors. This means also neglects the relative importance of qualitative and quantitative factors. Considering this shortage and based on the characteristic of each traffic plan, the idea and method of using AHP to select the best traffic means is proposed and the comparing index system is established. The feasibility of this method is illustrated through a case study of choosing the traffic means between location N and S.
