建筑能效设计简便方法
A SIMPLE METHOD OF ENERGY DESIGN FOR BUILDINGS
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种用于建筑设计初始阶段,还不能获取详细设计资料时的建筑能效设计简便方法。该方法通过对建筑窗墙维护结构、建筑方位、照明及设备的合理设计达到建筑节能的目的。该方法编制成计算机软件,使用灵活、方便,可供建筑师进行建筑设计时对各建筑设计方案的供热、空调、通风、照明能耗及CO2排放值进行比较,进而优化建筑设计方案。该方法适合于新建或改建的非住宅建筑。中国各地区的气候资料可以集成于此软件中,供建筑师用于中国的建筑设计。
【Abstract】 The paper describes a computer-basedintegrated energy design tool that can be used at thestrategic phase of design development, when little datais available. The aim of the method is to achieve energyefficiency via optimum design of variables such as plan,section, fenestration and orientation, and to systemvariables relating to fabric, lighting and plant. Spatialdata is input from a sketching tool and graphical outputshows the total and individual annual energy used forheating, cooling, ventilation and lighting, and associatedCO2 emissions. It is suitable for the new-build andrefurbishment, primarily of non-domestic buildings. Theclimatic data sets for Chinese climate zones can beintegrated into the tool in the future version for theChinese user.
