网络公文传阅系统研究与实践
Research and practise in network documents issuing system
【摘要】 公文传阅速度是决定公文执行的重要因素 .进行网络传输是实现快速、高效传递的有效手段 ,网络公文传阅系统包括管理模块、数据模块、办公模块、法律法规和帮助模块 ,具有系统和管理双重功能 .
【Abstract】 The speed of documents transmission is an important element for documents enforcing.It is an effective way for the internet transferring which can realize a high speed and effciency.Network documents transmission system includes management module,data module,office mdule,law regulations and assistance module.It has two functions——system and management.
