【Abstract】 The content of vitamin C in seabuckthorn was measured by using external standard and HPLC with ultraviolet of 254nm, DIMA CLC-ODS column and a mobile phase of 0.1%H 2C 2O 4. The method was simple, quick and good repetition. The result showed the recovery of V C was 99%.更多还原
