三峡工程碾压混凝土围堰关键技术研究与应用
Study and practice of key technology in Three Groger RCC cofferdam
【摘要】 三峡工程的关键项目之一———碾压混凝土围堰施工工期紧、施工强度大、技术要求高。针对这些特点 ,从设计、配合比、施工组织和施工技术等各方面进行优化 ,为快速施工及质量保证创造最有利的条件。施工采用全断面摊铺碾压、不间断连续上升方式 ,创造了最高月强度 4 7万m3 ,最高日强度 2 .1万m3 ,最高小时强度达到 12 6 5m3 等多项碾压混凝土施工史上的新纪录。
【Abstract】 RCC cofferdam, one of the key subprojects in the Three Gorges Project, had a high technical requirement with a tight construction term. Therefore, optimization was made from design to construction, which provided best conditions for speedy construction and quality performance, and created many new records in the history of RCC construction, including the max placement rate of 21 000 m 3/day, 470 000m 3/month and 1265m 3/hour.
