【摘要】 本文主要介绍防焦剂 CTP(N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺 )的作用 ,研究其对胶料抗焦烧性能、混炼工艺和贮存稳定性的影响。研究结果表明 ,在硫黄硫化体系中加入少量防焦剂 CTP,即可提高胶料的抗焦烧性能和贮存稳定性 ,可将二段混炼工艺改为一段混炼工艺 ,缩短了混炼时间 ,提高了劳动生产率 ;在用量相同的情况下 ,防焦剂 CTP的防焦效果优于防焦剂 PA和 NDPA。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly introduced the function of the the antiscorching agent CTP and studied it influence for rubber antiscorching properties, mixing process,storage stability. It showed that it can improved the rubber antiscorching properties and storage stability through adding a few antiscorching agent in the vulcanization system and it also can change two step mixing to one step mixing,reduce mixing time,improve the labor productivity. Therefore,the antiscorching agent CTP is better than antiscorching agent PA and NDPA in the same case.更多还原
