橡胶圆筒的大应变接触问题分析
Analyzing the problem of large strain contact for a rubber cylinder
【摘要】 用完全拉格朗日公式和增量求解方案进行非线性大应变分析,给出了用间隙元法分析接触问题的基本思路,以及Mooney-Rivlin不可压缩超弹性材料的应力应变关系.由上述理论对橡胶材料的大应变接触进行了有限元分析,并绘出了由橡胶材料制成的圆筒在大应变下的位移反力关系曲线.结果表明,计算结果与实验结果基本一致.
【Abstract】 A non-linear large strain analysis made on the basis of the total Lagrangian formula and incremental solution strategy is presented in this article.The main ideal for analyzing the problem using the method of gap element s and the stress-strain relationship for the Mooney-Rivlin incompressible material are developed.Based on this theory,the finite element s analysis is carried out for the large strain contact on rubber material and the relation curve between displacements and reactions have been plotted for the cylinder made of rubber material under large strain.The results obtained have established the essential coincidence between computations and testing.
