【Abstract】 The development platforms based on groupware of OA system of second generation are compared. The notes platform of IBM corporation is compared with the exchange platform of Microsoft corporation to emphasize that the lotus notes is more suitable for developing the OA applications because of its groupware and workflow technology, and it has the extraordinary efficiency of disposing non-structural document and the special security.
