【Abstract】 Based on the combination of data mining and statistical process control, a mix-produced process quality control method is proposed. For quality characteristic value in the normal distribution, a control diagram is done by using statistical method. If quality characteristic value is not in the Gauss Distribution, clustering method is used to draw a control diagram. At the same time, the trend, cyclic alteration, isolate point and warp of the abnormal pattern are analyzed.更多还原
