【摘要】 根据房地产信息的基本特征,研究了房地产信息管理系统的数据结构和系统功能,结合某部队的房地产信息普查,在地理信息系统平台下研制了部队房地产信息管理系统。该系统具有空间数据管理的特性、对象的空间分布查询、条件查询和专题查询等功能。此外充分利用空间信息实现了图文互访查询和图上全景图像的测览。以图、表、文相结合,全面地表述房地产信息,大幅度地提高了房地产管理的水平和效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the characteristic of estate information, the data structure and functions of estate information managementsystem (EIMS) are studied. In combination with the estate resources survey of the army an EIMS is developed for the army on theplatform of GIS. With the spatial data management, the system can serve for conditional retrieval and special subject retrieval aboutspatial data and their attributes objectives. Moreover, in full use of spatial information, it can realize retrieving between maps and textsand browsing realistic panorama. By means of graphics, tables and texts, the system can express the estate information survcy completely,so it impoves the level and efficiency of estate information management.更多还原
