【Abstract】 Foundation class libfary (FCL) based on object-oriented reusing (OOR) effectively supports the RAD (rapid applicationsdevelopment). It highly improves the efficiency of code reusing and resource sharing during the exploitation. How could a FCL be de-signed, which is reused and managed expediently? The concepts of foundaion class library is introdoced based on object oriented reusing.The architecture and function-modules of some mainstream FCL is analyzed.
