【摘要】 阐述了一般数据库中间件的特点以及目前数据库中间件发展现状,指出了有待进一步解决的问题。针对这些问题,提出并实现了一个基于XML的数据库中间件(以下简称XMLDBMW)的设计思想和构造方案。XMLDBMW系统主要由系统管理进程和中间件服务器两个进程组成。系统管理进程主要任务是为系统配置、系统的启动和终止提供一个可视化的操作接口,监视系统当前的运行情况,例如流量、稳定性等。中间件服务器是整个系统的主要部分。在整个系统的设计和实现过程中,采用XML格式作为数据交换标准,便于以后的稳步扩展和标准化。XMLDBMW对传统数据库中间件的吞吐量、可重用性、可移植性等方面进行了改进,为数据库中间件系统的构造提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The features and the development of the database middleware are discussed. Considering the present problems existing in the common database middleware, an approach of design and implementation of XML-based database middleware is proposed. The system named XMLDBMW (XML-Based database middleware), consists of an administration process and a database middleware server process. The former is to provide a visual interface for administrator to configure and control system. The latter is the core of XMLDBMW. It can make full use of system resource, improve the network performance and increase the throughput, flexibility, transplantability etc. And a new idea of development and research will be put forward.更多还原
