【摘要】 城市居住小区的中心绿地,是小区居民日常休闲和交往的重要场所。笔者通过对寒地城市居住小区内中心绿地的实态调查,指出目前在小区中心绿地的设计中存在的突出问题是重绿化和片面追求构图形式,而忽视了其使用功能。笔者针对现存的问题,对沈阳市、哈尔滨市的部分居住小区的中心绿地进行了详实的调查,依据调查结果,提出了寒地城市居住小区在中心绿地的设计中应重解决的问题即小区内部各类活动场地的设计原则和方法,旨在使小区真正成为有人情味和归宿感的理想家园。更多还原

【Abstract】 The greenery patches in the center of residential district in a city is named center garden,which is an important casual and communication site for the residents.At present,there exists a serious problem that much attention has been paid to planting trees,grass and flowers,while its working function has been ignored,especially in winter.Some residential districts in Shenyang and Harbin are investigated in detail.Accordingly,some methods and principles of designing the greenery patches in the center of residential district in the cold cities have been put forward.The purpose is to tell designer how to design the greenery patches effectively in the center of residential district so as to make the residential districts more beautiful.更多还原
