改善低硅烧结矿冶金性能的研究及实践
STUDY AND PRACTICE OF IMPROVING THE METALLURGICAL PROPERTY OF LOW SILICON SINTER
【摘要】 为了改善低硅烧结矿的冶金性能 ,作者从烧结矿的显微结构和矿物组成出发 ,研究了SiO2 含量与烧结矿低温还原粉化性能之间的关系 ,以及烧结矿碱度、MgO含量、配碳量、添加硼酸和喷洒CaCl2 溶液等对低硅烧结矿冶金性能的影响。利用这些试验结果来指导宣钢烧结生产 ,结果使SiO2 含量为 4 0 %的烧结矿的冶金性能达到了入炉要求。
【Abstract】 In order to improve RDI of the low silicon sinter,the relationship of SiO 2 content in sinter with its metallurgical property was studied by the X-ray and electron microprobe analysis And the influence of some factors,for example basicity,carbon addtion ratio,MgO content,adding the boric acid and spraying CaCl 2 solution etc on RDI of the low silicon sinter were also studied and analyzed Applying these experimental results to quid the sintering operating in XUANHUA I&S Co as a result the RDI of the sinter,in it the SiO 2 content is 4 0 percent,can fulfill the quality requirement of BF ironmaking
