【摘要】 成都市作为西部大开发重镇和长江中上游的重要中心城市 ,面临着总供水量不足、水质污染严重、用水格局改变、水旱灾害和水量年际波动大等水资源问题 ,涉及到 2 1世纪成都市城市化进程中的水资源安全和城市的可持续发展。本文从水资源安全的角度 ,以可持续发展的观点为指导思想探讨了成都市现阶段在城市发展过程中对水资源开发利用和管理中存在的主要问题 ,提出了保障成都市城市用水安全 ,实现水资源可持续利用的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an unavoidable tendency for urbanization of Chengdu under the strategy of the Western Development in the 21st century. However,problems in the exploitation and regulation of water resource,such as shortage of water resource,serious water pollution of economy development,change of water use patterns and annual fluctuation of water supply,will be faced during the urbanization and industrialization in the coming years,and these problems are endangering sustainable development of economy,living conditions,environment improving and industry structure optimization of the city itself. Some alternatives for enhancing the sustainability and security of water resource for the further urbanization and economy development of the city are also presented in this paper.更多还原
