【Abstract】 At present,international law faces tremendous challenges.The so-called humanitarian intervention and American neoconservative practices have exerted a great impact on traditional international law.The fundamental values in the international law system exist by restricting and supplementing each other.However,the fact that there is no unified international jurisdiction adds flexibility to international law.A dynamic understanding of world peace and security requires expanding the functions of the UN Security Council,strengthening the trusteeship of collective coordination,and providing clearly defined standards for unilateral actions in order to maintain the effectiveness of international law.更多还原
