消失模铸造低碳球铁磨球的工业生产
Industrial Produce of Low Carbon Ductile Iron Grinding Ball by EPC
【摘要】 用所介绍的消失模工艺铸造低碳球铁磨球,在工业条件下可获得准铸态贝氏体组织磨球。通过在水泥厂应用,结果表明:磨球的成本可比低铬合金铸铁磨球降低18%,磨球的吨水泥磨耗降低80%,破球率降低一半。
【Abstract】 Using the process of the EPC low carbon ductile iron grinding ball was intrduced,the quasi-casting bainitic grinding ball is got under the industrial condition.The results of application in a cement plant show that the cost of the ball can be reduced by 18% than the low chrome alloy grinding ball′s,the wearing value of grinding ball of each ton by 80%,the broken rate of grinding ball by 50%.
