基于电场作用下Fe/VC复合材料低温反应合成的研究
Study on the Low Temperature Synthesis of Fe/VC Composites Based on Electric Field
【摘要】 采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机,利用电场作用直接激发Fe-V-C三元粉末共混体系,成功地实现了Fe/VC复合材料在低温下快速合成,并研究了该体系在电场作用下的燃烧行为。试验结果表明:这种典型的热体系升温过程大致为三个阶段(初期阶段、过渡阶段、急速升温阶段),而且由于反应放热导致升温第三阶段明显不同于其它阶段。
【Abstract】 Using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation instruments,reactions were activated directly by electric field in Fe-V-C system and the combustion behavor of the system was studied.The results show that under electric field activation Fe/VC composites are quickly obtained and temperature rising curve within the compact of low heat system was divided into three stages (preliminary stage,transiental stage ,rapidly temperature rising stage),in which the third one is quite different from the others due to exothermal reaction.
