固相反应生成VC颗粒增强铁基复合材料
Iron Matrix Composite Reinforced by VC Particulates Produced by Solid Reaction
【摘要】 用粉末冶金方法 ,使 (Fe- V合金 +石墨 )反应体系在较低温度的固态条件下进行碳化反应和烧结致密化 ,发现石墨的存在降低了 σ- (Fe V)相的稳定性 ,促使其在 80 0℃就分离出少量 α- Fe相和金属 V,并且该体系在 95 0℃即可进行固相反应 ,生成由马氏体基体和大量亚微米级的 V8C7球状颗粒组成的铁基复合材料 ,在重载干滑动磨损条件下该复合材料显示了很好的耐磨性能
【Abstract】 Using the powder metallurgical technology,the carbonized reaction and sintering compaction of Fe-V alloy and graphite was carried out on the solid state condition. It is found that the stability of σ-(FeV) is down, the α-Fe and metal V are separated at 800℃,and the ferrous matrix composite consisting of a large number of superfine V8C7 spherical particles synthesized at 950℃ and the martensitic matrix possesses great wear-resistance under the condition of dry slipping with a heavy load.
