SiC_p/Mahle142复合材料的显微组织与强化机理
Microstructure and Strengthening Mechanism of SiC_p/Mahle142 Composites
【摘要】 采用真空液态搅拌混合方式制备了SiCp/Mahle142复合材料,用透射电子显微镜对SiCp/Mahle142复合材料及Mahle142中间合金的微观组织特征进行了研究,并测试了材料的室温拉伸性能,发现SiCp均匀分布在Mahle142基体合金中,SiCp和Mahle142界面结合良好,强度比Mahle142铝合金有显著提高。
【Abstract】 The SiC_p /Mahle142 composites was fabricated by melt stir casting(MSC) process in vacuum stove.The microstructure properties of mahle142 alloy was studied by TEM.It tensile properties were tested in room temperature .The results show that SiC_p distributes in the matrix alloy uniformly and the interface bounding of SiC_p/Mahle142 is well .In addition ,the room temperature UTS of SiC_p/Mahle142 composite is improved greatly.
