热处理对新型贝氏体耐磨钢板手工焊焊接接头组织与性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了热处理对手工电弧焊新型贝氏体耐磨钢板的焊接接头性能的影响,结果表明,焊后不同的热处理工艺对其焊接接头强度影响较小,焊后300℃低温回火和900℃正火+300℃回火处理可以提高接头热影响区的冲击韧度。该耐磨钢板具有良好的焊接性能,手工焊后焊缝组织主要为铁素体和少量珠光体组织,热影响区组织为新型贝氏体组织,熔合线结合良好。

【Abstract】 The effect of heat treatment on the manual are welding(MAW) joint microstructure and properties of wear-resisting plate of new type bainitic steel were studied. The results show that the effect of different heat treatment on mechanical property of wear resisting plate is relatively small;the impact toughness of heat-affected zone (HAZ) can improve at 300℃ low temperature tempering or 900℃ normalizing and 300℃ low temperature tempering.The wear-resisting plate has good welding properties . The microstructure of seam weld of the weld joint are blocky ferrite and a few pearlite, and there are new type bainite structure in HAZ and good combination in the fusion line.
