钇基重稀土对4Cr5MoSiV1钢性能的影响
Influences of Based Heavy RE Elements on the Properties of 4Cr5MoSiV1 Steel
【摘要】 研究了重稀土对4Cr5MoSiV1钢抗拉强度、冲击韧度、抗冷热疲劳性、抗氧化性和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,4Cr5MoSiV1钢经重稀土处理后,上述性能均有不同程度提高,用该钢制造的热挤压模、压铸模的寿命明显提高。
【Abstract】 The influences of based heavy rare earth elements on tensile strength, impact toughness, anti-cold and hot fatigue, anti-oxidation and wear resistance were researched. The results show that the all of above properties has been improved after treated, in addition, the life span of this steel dies has also been improved.
