热轧带钢奥氏体再结晶的预测模型
Prediction Medol of Austenite Recrystallized in Hot Rolled Strip
【摘要】 以物理冶金学理论为基础并参照实验室的实验结果,建立起适合不同热轧工艺条件下发生的奥氏体静态再结晶现象的计算机模型,通过对实测结果与预测结果的对比分析可知:采用后插法来测定静态再结晶分数能够比较准确地反映实际情况;所建奥氏体再结晶模型和实验结果比较吻合。
【Abstract】 del in hot rolled was set up on physical metallurgy theories and experiment results. The relations between the hot-rolled parameters and the austenitic recrystallization fraction were assayed and expounded. The results show that taking uses of Back-extrapolation method to measuring static austenitic recrystallization, the result is accurate to the actual circumstances, and the model is in according with the experimentation result.
