喷射沉积耐热铝合金8009板坯轧制工艺及其对板材组织性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了喷射沉积Al-8.5Fe-1.3V-1.7Si(8009)耐热铝合金板坯的轧制工艺,观察了轧制态板材的微观组织。实验结果表明:当变形程度达到60%左右,合金致密化阶段已基本完成;变形程度达到86.4%时,材料的相对密度为99%;合金金相组织微细均匀,未观察到明显的孔洞;成品板材在室温下σb=430MPa,δ=10%,350℃保温420s后测得σb=202MPa,δ=25.5%。

【Abstract】 The rolling processing of the heat-resistant alloy plate with composition of Al-8.5Fe-1.3V-1.7Si (mass,%) prepared by spray deposition technology was studied. The results show that the relative density is increased rapidly until the thickness reduction is up to about 60%.The sheets obtain a relative density about 99% after a thickness deformation of 86.4%. The thin sheet presented uniform grain size and no porosity and coarse structure. The mechanical properties of the sheet are superior with the tensile strength and elongation up to 428 MPa,11.8% at room-temperature and 237 MPa,17.6% at high-temperature of 350℃×420s,respectively.
