激光近成形金属零件过程中涂覆层的组织及性能
Microstructure and Properties of Cladding Layer of Alloy Powder in Laser Engineered Net Shaping Process
【摘要】 利用激光近成形技术,在1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢基体上采用镍基合金和钴基合金粉末进行单道涂覆烧结试验,获得具有快速凝固组织特征的激光涂覆层,并分析了影响涂覆层组织和质量的激光参数和工艺参数。
【Abstract】 By laser Engineered Net shaping (LENS) technology, Ni-based alloy powder and Co-based alloy powder were selected for laser sintering single-layer on the 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel substrate,and laser cladding layer with rapid solidified microstructure was obtained. Effect of different laser and process parameters on microstructures and microhardness were analyzed.
