【Abstract】 The 20%AlN_p/Al composite powders were prepared by two mixing processes:mechanical dry mixing and wet mixing with adding dispersing medium.Al-matrix composites were manufactured by the cool isostatic pressing-hot extrusion process.Dispersing effect of submicron AlN_p/Alin Al matrix under two mixing processes were analyzed and the microsturcture and properties of the composite were in vestigated.更多还原
