HT200铸件退火-焊接工艺的研究
Research on Annealing Welding Technology of HT200 Castings
【摘要】 拘束度大、缺陷较多的普通铸铁件,采用热焊工艺,其后焊部位由于温度低、应力大,焊接中易产生裂纹。为解决此问题,用EZNi焊条对经不同温度退火处理的HT200试件进行焊接裂纹对比试验,得出HT200铸件采用760℃左右退火焊接可代替热焊工艺。
【Abstract】 To solve the problem of welding cracking in general iron castings with big restraint and many defects during thermal welding , welding crack contrast experiment on different plate speciment was done using EZNi welding rod.The resultes show that annealing welding technology at 760℃ can replace the thermal welding technology for HT200 cast.
