【摘要】 我国人民币汇率最近受到来自国内外经济发展的升值压力,日本和美国企图通过迫使人民币升值来复苏他们本国的经济。我国作为发展中国家,保持人民币汇率稳定是长期的大政方针,而且我国国际收支的“双顺差”也有着重要的原因。资本项目的顺差大多是由于外国资本的流入,而经常项目的顺差则是由于外资企业和外商投资企业的加工产品的出口。因此,应正确地认识我国的现实经济情况,采取适当的政策来应对来自人民币升值的内外压力,并采取积极的措施来保持人民币汇率的稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 As Japan and America wish to recover their economies by means of making Renminbi appreciate, Renminbi is under great pressure of appreciation. As a developing country, it is a long term line to ensure the stability of the foreign exchange rate of Renminbi. The important reason why we maintain double surplus in international revenue and expenditure is caused by the inflow of foreign capital and the export of foreign invested enterprises. Therefore, with the consideration of the reality of our country, we should implement corresponding policies to remove the appreciation pressure on Renminbi and maintain the stability of Renminbi foreign exchange rate.更多还原
