【Abstract】 Based on introduction to the structure of the National Capital Region of Japan, its development plans and concentration of its population and industries, this paper summarizes its development lessons. It points out that a series of laws related to the National Capital Region are the guarantee for its development. Development plans and the guidance for its development are the basis.
