再生骨料混凝土实验研究
Investigation on Recycled Aggregate Concrete
【摘要】 采用正交试验方案 ,分析了水胶比、砂率、硅灰掺量及减水剂掺量对混凝土再生性的影响 ,并根据综合平衡法 ,得出所采用的原材料体系中各因素的最佳取值范围。在此基础上 ,采用 4 2 .5R普通硅酸盐水泥与人工破碎所得的再生骨料成功配制了强度为 5 0MPa的再生混凝土 ,并给出了不同水胶比情况下的再生混凝土推荐配合比
【Abstract】 The author carried out test complying with orthogonal test-schema. The effect of the factors (the w/b ratio, sand content by mass of aggregate, the percentage of silica fume and superplasticizer) on the recycled capability of the mass is analyzed. And then, the optimum value of every effect factor is acquired according to the comprehensive-equilibration theory. Based on this, by using P.O. 42.5R cement and recycled aggregate from artificial wasting concrete, RCA which reaching 50MPa strength are mixed successfully. Simultaneously, regressive analysis is carried out between the 28d compressive strength of recycled concrete and the w/b ratio with no variation of other factors. The optimum mix proportions of the recycled concrete are recommended.
