壳聚糖处理对真丝纤维结构与性能的影响

【摘要】 主要对经壳聚糖处理的真丝纤维结构与性能进行了研究。研究结果表明经壳聚糖处理后,真丝纤维表面出现了明显纵向条纹,且耐离子刻蚀能力增强,结晶度、取向度没有明显变化,内部的部分结构有β化趋势。此外,经壳聚糖处理的真丝纤维强度增加,不同壳聚糖溶液浓度对真丝纤维伸长率和粘弹性的影响是不一样的。

【Abstract】 It mainly studies the structure and properties of the silk fiber after being treated withchitosan. The results show that there appear evidently lengthwise stripes on the surface of the fiber andits resistance to iron corrosion is strengthened after the treatment. The fibers crystallinity anddegree of orientation dont change obviously, but part of its structure shows the trend of β. Additionally,the strength of the silk fiber increases and the effects of treatment with different concentrationchitosan solution on the fibers elongation percentage and visco-elasticity are different.
