【摘要】 为观察铁皮枫斗颗粒 (胶囊 )治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎气阴两虚证的临床疗效 ,将 185例患者随机分为铁皮枫斗颗粒组 (73例 )、铁皮枫斗胶囊组 (76例 )和生脉胶囊组 (36例 ) ,观察各组治疗前后症状积分等指标 ,疗程均为30天。结果 :铁皮枫斗颗粒组症状改善总有效率为 98 6 % ,铁皮枫斗胶囊组总有效率为 98 7% ,生脉胶囊对照组总有效率为 88 6 % ,铁皮枫斗颗粒和铁皮枫斗胶囊疗效明星优于生脉胶囊对照组。提示 :铁皮枫斗颗粒 (胶囊 )对慢性萎缩性胃炎气阴两虚证疗效显著更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical effects of “Tiepi Fengdou” in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of qi-yin deficiency, 185 cases were randomized into three groups: group A in which 73 cases were treated by “Tiepi Fengdou” granule, group B in which 76 cases were treated by “Tiepi Fengdou” capsule and group C in which 36 cases were treated by “Shengmai Capsule”, with a course of 30 days. Such indexes as clinical symptoms and hemoglobin were detected. Results: The total effective rate was 98.6% in group A, 98.7% in group B and 88.6% in group C, with better effects in groups A and B than group C. It is indicated that “Tiepi Fengdou” is quite effective for chronic atrophic gastritis of qi-yin deficiency.更多还原
