多波长直线回归法测定番木鳖中的士的宁和马钱子碱
Studies on Simultaneous Determination of Strychcine and Brucine in Nuxvomica Multi-wavelength Linear Regression Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 为建立番木鳖中士的宁和马钱子碱的多波长直线回归测定法 ,选择 2 2 7 2nm~ 2 79 2nm为测定波长区间 ,采用计算机多波长直线回归法程序进行计算 ,不经提取分离直接测定士的宁和马钱子碱的含量。结果显示 :士的宁的线性范围为 8 0~ 30 0 μg/ml,r=0 9999;马钱子碱的线性范围为 7 0~ 31 2 μg/ml,r =0 9994 ;士的宁和马钱子碱的平均回收率、相对标准偏差分别为 99 82 %、1 5 4 %和 10 0 5 0 %、0 6 2 %。提示 ,该方法简便、快速、重现性好 ,结果可靠。
【Abstract】 To determine the contents of strychcine and brucine in nuxvomica using a multi-wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry, the wavelength at 227.2nm-279.2nm were selected as the measuring wavelength; it was applied that program of multi-wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry; the method was applied for the direct determination of strychcine and brucine in nuxvomica without any preliminary separation. The linear range of strychcine measured was over 8.0-30.0μg/ml (r=0.9999); the linear range of brucine measured was over 7.0-31.2μg/ml (r=0.9994); the average recoveries and relative standard deviations of strychcine and brucine were 99.82%, 1.54% and 100.5%, 0.62% respectively.
