【摘要】 为观察中药配合放射性核素治疗转移性骨肿瘤的疗效 ,将 6 0例患者随机分为中药加核素治疗组和单纯核素对照组 (各 30例 ) ,疗程均为 4周。观察疼痛、生活质量、体力状况和外周血白细胞、血小板变化。结果 :治疗组止痛效果、生活质量、体力状况改善均优于对照组 (P <0 0 5、P <0 0 1) ;外周血白细胞、血小板减少的发生率明显降低 ,与对照组比较 ,P <0 0 1。提示中医辨证论治结合核素治疗转移性骨肿瘤能改善患者生活质量 ,减少核素对骨髓抑制的毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine plus radionuclide in the treatment of metastatic bone tumor, 60 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by Chinese medicine plus radionuclide and control group in which 30 cases were treated by simple radionuclide, with a course of 4 weeks. The conditions of pain, life quality, physical strength, white blood cell and platelet were observed. Results: The condition of pain, life quality and physical strength improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group (P<0.01); the white blood cell and platelet dropped less in treatment group than in control group (P<0.01). It is indicated that Chinese medicine can reduce the side effects of radionuclide.更多还原
