细胞间隙连接与肿瘤
Cell Gap Junction and Tumor
【摘要】 介绍细胞间隙连接的结构、功能和调节,着重阐述间隙连接介导的细胞间通讯在肿瘤中的变化、影响因素以及在肿瘤治疗中的作用。
【Abstract】 The article presents the structure,function,adjustability of cell gap junction and expounds emphatically the change,influencing factors of gap junction intercellular communication in tumor and the effect about gap junction intercellular communication on therapy of tumor.
