【摘要】 目的　观察针刺留针配合磁珠按压治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法　将 79例原发性三叉神经痛患者分为两组 ,治疗组 5 8例以针刺留针配合磁珠按压治疗 ,对照组 2 1例服用卡马西平治疗。结果　治疗组总有效率为 98.3% ,优于对照组 71.4 % ,差异有显著意义 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论　针刺配合留针及磁珠按压治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效优于卡马西平治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture plus magnetic pearl pressing for treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Method Seventy nine patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were divided into two groups, a treatment group of 58 cases receiving acupuncture with needle retention plus magnetic pearl pressing and a control groups of 21 cases taking carbamazepine. Results The total effective rate was 98.3% in the treatment group, which was higher than 71.4% in the control group. There was a significant difference ( P <0.01 ).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture plus magnetic pearl pressing is better than that of carbamazepine in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.更多还原
