【摘要】 目的　从细胞凋亡及凋亡相关基因 Bcl- 2、Bax蛋白表达方面探讨眼针治疗急性脑缺血的作用机理。方法　用线栓法制成 SD大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞再灌注模型 ,在阻塞 2 h,再灌注 2 4 h后 ,应用 TU NEL 法和免疫组织化学法分别对缺血对照组、缺血加眼针组、缺血加督脉电针组及假手术组大鼠脑组织凋亡细胞的分布及 Bcl- 2、Bax免疫反应阳性细胞进行观察。结果　眼针、督脉电针均可减少缺血所致 DNA双链断裂 (TUNEL 阳性 ) ,提高梗死周边区皮层 Bc1- 2 /Bax的比值。结论　眼针、督脉电针对急性脑缺血的治疗作用可能通过抑制损伤而抑制细胞凋亡 ,从而保护脑神经细胞更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mechanism of eye-acupuncture treatment of acute cerebral ischemia from apoptosis and apoptosis-related gene Bcl-2 and Bax protein expressions. Methods SD rat’s middle cerebral artery was occluded by thread insertion and reperfused 2 hr later. Twenty-four hours after the reperfusion, TUNEL method and immunohistochemical method were used to examine the distribution of apoptosis cells and Bcl-2 and Bax immunoreaction positive cells in the brain tissues in ischemia control, ischemia plus eye acupuncture, ischemia plus Du meridian electroacupuncture and sham operation groups of rats. Results Both eye acupuncture and Du meridian electroacupuncture could decrease the rupture of DNA double chains(TUNEL positive) due to ischemia and raise the ratio of Bcl-2 to Bax in the cortex in the periphery of the infarct.Conclusion Eye acupuncture and Du meridian electroacupuncture may produce a therapeutic effect on acute cerebral ischemia by reducing the injury, inhibiting apoptosis and protecting cerebral neurons.更多还原
