莪术活血化瘀有效物质研究
Study on Active Ingredients of Blood-Activating and Stasis-Eliminating in Rhizoma Curcumae
【摘要】 通过体外血小板聚集、大鼠血瘀模型血液流变性及凝血试验 ,观察莪术不同提取物的活血化瘀作用。采用血小板聚集功能测定法、血液流变性测定法及小鼠抗凝法观察莪术不同组分活血化瘀作用。结果显示 :莪术不同提取物均具一定的抗血小板聚集、抗凝血及调节血液流变性作用。其中以乙酸乙酯、氯仿提取物活性最强。莪术中姜黄素类成分为其活血化瘀主要活性成分。本实验为阐明莪术有效物质提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the blood-activating and stasis-eliminating effects of Rhizoma Curcumae’s different extracts by platelet aggregation in vivo,rat blood stasis model’s hemorrheological properties and blood coagulation.The platelet aggregation determinating method,hemorrheological properties determinating method and mice blood coagulation method were used to observe the blood-activating and stasis-eliminating effects of Rhizoma Curcumae ingredients.Results:The Rhizoma Curcumae’s different extracts all have some effects on inhibiting platelet aggregation,anticoagulation and improving the hemorrheological parameters.Among all of them,Ethyl Acetate and chloroform are most bioactive.The curcumins in Rhizoma Curcumae are its main bioactive ingredients of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating.
