【摘要】 从继承、整理名老中医经验角度,系统阐释任继学教授对慢性肾功能衰竭病因病机的独特认识。任继学教授提 出禀赋薄弱是慢性肾衰发生的重要原因,并认为饮食、情志不节均可化毒。毒邪不解,致人体气化代谢功能障碍,水津 代谢失常,产生水毒、痰浊、涎毒,从而发生慢性肾衰。并指出肾衰在病理上必累及他脏而呈现多脏腑受累的表现。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents professor Ren Jixue’s comments on the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure ( CRF). He believes that weak constitution is an important factor in the occurrence of CRF and improper diet and emotion can produce toxin; the retention of toxin can disturb the metabolic activity of qi movement and water fluid, resulting in water toxin, phlegm and saliva toxin, and hence CRF.更多还原
