【摘要】 目的　建立一套科学且与实际医疗体制、现状相适应的临床检验项目的评价方法和体系。方法　从临床效果和技术风险 2方面评价临床检验项目。结果　对临床检验项目按诊断灵敏度、诊断特异度、疾病诊断价值、病程和疗效评估、疾病预后的判断能力、技术复杂程度、对人员技术要求、精密度、准确度、临床对检验项目报告的要求共 1 0项指标进行了评价并建立高、中、低 3档的分值。结论　通过对临床检验项目评价方法的初步探索 ,得出每个项目的评价分值 ,以此作为今后临床项目价格核定的参考依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a scientific and practical evaluation method and system related to medical treatment status. Methods To estimate clinical laboratory test items from clinical effect and technological risk. Results Clinical laboratory test items were evaluated by ten points: diagnostic sensitivity, diagnostic specificity, diagnostic value, estimation of disease process and curative effect, technological complexity, technological difficulty, precision, accuracy and clinical demands. Results were divided into low level, middle level and high level. Conclusions Through the study, we can get the comprehensive points of each item, and juge the value of these clinical laboratory tests.更多还原
