【摘要】 目的　建立流式细胞仪计数网织红细胞的方法并应用于临床。方法　 5 μl全血加入噻唑橙 (TO)染色液中 ,流式细胞仪计数 10万个红细胞 ,分析其中的网织红细胞百分数 (Ret % ) ,并与手工法进行比较。结果　流式细胞仪法与手工法计数网织红细胞结果差异无显著性 ,该法批内变异系数 (CV) <3.2 3% ,批间CV<4 .86 %。结论　流式细胞仪计数网织红细胞快速、客观、结果准确、重复性好 ,适合临床常规检测网织红细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method of the reticulocyte counting by flow cytometry and to apply in clinical laboratory. Methods Add 5 μl whole blood into the thiazol orange dye. Count 100 000 red blood cells by flow cytometry; Calculate the percentage of reticulocyte and compare it with the counting by microscope. Results These was no obvious difference between the methods of reticulocyte counting by flow cytometry and by microscope. CV within run <3.3% , CV between run <4.86% . Conclusions The reticulocyte counting by flow cytometry is a rapid, objective, accurate and precise method and is appropriate for routine clinical detection.更多还原
