男性不育患者精浆超氧化物歧化酶同工酶活力和丙二醛含量的研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨活性氧自由基在男性不育症发生中的作用。方法 测定 5 5例男性不育症患者精浆中超氧化物歧化酶同工酶 (SODs)活力和丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,并以有生育能力的正常男性作为对照。结果 男性不育症中 ,弱精症组、死精症组和无精症组患者精浆总超氧化物歧化酶 (T SOD)和含铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZnSOD)活力均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,含锰超氧化物歧化酶 (MnSOD)活性未见明显变化 ;MDA水平则显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 男性不育症发生与活性氧自由基代谢失衡有密切关系 ,表现为氧化应激损伤的加强和抗氧化能力的削弱 ;提高机体的抗氧化能力可能有助于改善精子的功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of reactive oxygen species on the occurrence of male infertility. Methods The activities of superoxide dismutase isozymes (SODs) and the levels of malondialdehyde in the seminal fluid of 55 infertile men were determined respectively, and compared with those of 15 fertile men. Results The results showed that the total SOD (T SOD) and CuZnSOD activities in the groups with low or no vitality sperms,and sperm absent seminal fluid were significantly lower than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusions There exists metabolic disturbance of oxygen free radicals in patients with infertility. The low spermatic vitality is due to increase of lipoperoxidation and decrease of antioxidant activity. Increment of antioxidation activity may probably improve the vitality and spermatic function.
