超临界二氧化碳萃取和低温工艺提取富集γ-亚麻酸
Extraction and enrichment γ-linolenic acid by supercritical CO2 extraction and cryogenic technology
【摘要】 目的用超临界二氧化碳萃取和低温浓缩技术提取富集γ 亚麻酸。方法以超临界提取的天然月见草油为原料 ,用低温浓缩法富集高浓度γ 亚麻酸 ;用气相色谱法测定γ 亚麻酸 ,并对温度、时间、溶剂配比等条件进行比较。结果 - 6 0℃ ,原油∶溶剂为 1∶10 ,冷冻 8h ,γ 亚麻酸含量由 6 .82 %提高到 2 4 .71%。结论该工艺简便、无污染 ,利于工业化生产。
【Abstract】 PurposeTo extract and to enrich γ-linolenic acid (GLA) by supercritical CO 2 extraction and cryoconcentration technology.MethodsNatural evening primrose oil extracted by supercritical fluid was used as raw material. High concentration of GLA was enriched by cryoconcentration method. GLA was determined by GC, and different temperatures, time and solvent proportions were compared.Results-60℃,raw oil∶solvent = 1∶10, freezing 8 h, the content of GLA was raised from 6.82% to 24.71%.ConclusionThe technology is simple and convenient without any solvent pollution. It is beneficial to apply in industrial production.
